With more than 1,000 new homes coming to Buckeye, Caretaker Landscape is poised to transform one of those new communities, Sienna Hills.
Sienna Hills is nestled along the base of the White Tank Mountains. Located in Buckeye at McDowell Road and Verrado, this landscape of rocky ridgelines, russet earth, majestic saguaros and open skies is captivating.
Its natural character has inspired Sienna Hills, which includes 1,108 homes on 444 acres with natural areas.
The master developer for Sienna Hills is Starwood Land Ventures. Copper Nail Construction has been hired as the construction management consultant for the project. Copper Nail specializes in streamlining the development cycle and creating additional value for developers.
“I was excited to be hired by Starwood Land Ventures as the consultant responsible for building Sienna Hills for many reasons including the location of the community, the gorgeous views of the desert and because Vollmer and Associates incorporated the natural harmony of the desert landscape to enhance the native desert elements,” said Shane Graser, president of Copper Nail.
“I am very proud of the team of subcontractors assembled who partnered cohesively to build this high quality community and attribute the success of this project to the team autonomy.”
Sienna Hills landscape includes many native desert trees and shrubs, such as Palo Brea, Palo Verde, Desert Museum, Red Yucca, Deer Grass, Outback Cassia, Lantana, Valentine Bush, Creosote, Jojoba, Red Bird of Paradise, Brittle Bush, Saguaro, Agave and Ocotillo.
