Meritus Health Partners is Arizona’s newly formed nonprofit health care company and is in the process of becoming licensed to sell insurance through the State of Arizona. Meritus is the only cooperative health care company in the state of Arizona.
As part of the Affordable Care Act, which puts in place strong consumer protections and provides new coverage options, Meritus plans to be ready to begin offering affordable healthcare coverage statewide in October 2013.
