Emperor Funding 92, LLC (Paradise Valley, AZ) purchased the property for $1,495,000 ($240.58 psf) from Numero Uno Que Pasa Inc (Santa Monica, CA). Cassidy Turley Arizona’s Michael Kitlica, John Appelbe and Cliff Johnston negotiated the sale transaction representing the seller. Andrew Seidenberg of VWP Realty represented the buyer.
Built in 1970, the property sits on +.44-acres and is home to Arcadia Farm’s Marketplace, an urban country market, located across from Arcadia Farms Cafe with short walking distance to galleries, shops and restaurants. The building was 100 percent leased at time of sale.
