Cassidy Turley announced today it represented CORT Business Services, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, in a lease for 13,524 SF of warehouse space at Lincoln Commerce Park 2, 2145 S. 11th Ave. in Phoenix.
This space represents a return to Arizona for the exposition services company that has not had an operation here since 2009.
James Harper, senior vice president with Cassidy Turley’s Industrial Group negotiated the lease on behalf of CORT. Jeff Conrad with Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors.
CORT Business Services provides rental furniture for trade show and exhibit industry, including an expert team of trade show coordinators to provide booth design and exposition services to companies.
It is part of CORT, the nation’s leading provider of transition services, including furniture rental for home and office, event furnishings, destination services, apartment locating, touring and other services.
