CBRE Negotiates Sale of Cave Creek Place Shopping Center

Faisal R. Saigh of Phoenix has purchased Cave Creek Place Shopping Center, a 17,792 SF  retail strip center 14848 and 14850 N. Cave Creek Rd. in Phoenix, with CBRE handling the deal.

Steve Julius and Jesse Goldsmith of CBRE’s Phoenix office represented the seller, GM Worsley Inc. of Phoenix, in negotiating the $1.34M transaction. The buyer was represented by Hani Saigh of Ayers Thomas Real Estate in Scottsdale.
