Ted Bartlett

Vice president of finance and administration, chief financial officer

Vermeer Mountain West

Background: Bartlett, CPA, has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Prior to joining Vermeer Mountain West, he worked as the vice president of finance at The Kennedy Group. From January 2020 to October 2020, he served as the assistant CFO at Hickman’s Family Farms.

Secret to success: “It’s always challenging to take complex things and make them simple, but I feel like that’s a place that I’m able to serve people really well. A lot of people kind of glaze over when you talk numbers with them. Being able to put numbers into words that make sense and are meaningful to people is a challenge. But that is an area where a lot of the value comes in from what I am able to do.”
