Here are the Champions of Change Awards finalists for large business of the year:
ASM
ASM has been making the equipment that makes the chips inside the world’s favorite devices for more than half a century. Its technology powers smartphones, laptops, AI data centers, life-saving medical devices, electric vehicles and much more. Its equipment allows semiconductor manufacturers to create microchips that are smaller, faster and more energy efficient.
CHASSE Building Team
Since its founding in 2007, CHASSE Building Team has a community champion. In total, CHASSE has contributed more than $4.5 million to local organizations and – on average – the company volunteers more than 3,000 collective hours each year, oftentimes together, and empowers everyone on the team to join a cause for which they care.
Clayco
Clayco’s Phoenix office is redefining corporate leadership by combining exceptional business growth with meaningful community impact. In just three years, the office expanded to 280 employees and secured $4.5 billion in awarded projects, solidifying its role as a major force in the region’s construction and development landscape.

Optum – Arizona

Sonora Quest Laboratories
In January, Sonora Quest expanded its offering through the CDC ICATT (Increasing Community Access to Testing) program to provide free COVID/Influenza A/B tests. The program enables patients who are uninsured to get free testing to check for COVID as well as Influenza A and B with one sample collection.
SRS
SRS has been a powerful force in improving the lives of children and families across Arizona, particularly through their strong support of the Boys & Girls Club. SRS brokers and staff dedicate their time to mentoring youth at the Boys & Girls Club, assisting with homework and offering guidance after school.
