Did you know that over 300 Arizona companies are now private equity backed? And that in the last 18 months the volume of recapitalization in Arizona has exceeded $10 billion?
Private equity is big business in Arizona — and the Association for Corporate Growth-Arizona Chapter is at the forefront of the private equity discussion.
ACG Arizona will host its third annual “Taste of Private Equity” event on October 25 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Price House at 7211 N. Tatum Blvd., Paradise Valley, Arizona.
The event will feature a panel discussion among three Arizona companies — NYPD Pizza, Televerde and Valley Healthcare — to learn about their decision to partner with private equity firm Main Street Capital. JDB Capital Partners is the title sponsor of the event and will moderate the panel.
The event will include a selection of the finest Arizona wines presented by active members of the deal-making community. The evening promises to be a lively and engaging way to learn about private equity while enjoying some exceptional local wines.
“This is one of our most popular events and has emerged as one of the most engaging discussions of private equity in the Southwest,” said John Prenzno, president of ACG Arizona. “We are looking forward to featuring these companies and learning about their partnerships with Main Street Capital. Each one is a unique story and will help provide some perspective about the state of private equity dealmaking in Arizona.”
Tickets are $79 for ACG members if registered by September 6 and $89 for ACG members after October 18; and $89 for non-ACG members if registered by October 18 and $99 for non- ACG members after October 18.
Tickets may be purchased by visiting www.acg.org/arizona or calling 602-448-3981.
