Scottsdale-based online hospitality education and training solutions provider, HMBookstore, announced Tuesday that its library of eLearning courses are being implemented within the Alliance Hospitality Inc., portfolio.
Marriott, IHG and Hilton properties in Ohio and the surrounding Midwest region will use HMBookstore’s eLearning courses. .
“Since adopting HMBookstore’s easy-to-use, self-paced, online platform, we’ve noted many achievements, including time savings, costs savings and improvements in the quality and breadth of education,” said Erica Shoemaker, director of human resources at Alliance Hospitality, Inc.
It’s crucial to keep up with innovative training methods, she said. HMBookstore helps with employee engagement and satisfaction, which is helping reduce employee attrition rates, Shoemaker said.
Alliance Hospitality management is even able to see employee progress and scores easily through an administrative portal within HMBookstore’s site.
