After more than two decades serving Arizona patients, Derma Health, one of the state’s longest-standing medical aesthetics providers, has officially entered its next chapter following its acquisition by Elase, a leading multi-state medical aesthetics organization.
Founded more than 21 years ago by entrepreneur and industry leader Trish Gulbranson, Derma Health has built a reputation for personalized care, innovation and community involvement, helping thousands of Arizonans feel more confident in their skin.

“Building Derma Health has been one of the greatest privileges of my life,” said Trish Gulbranson, founder of Derma Health. “This decision was made with our patients and team at the forefront. Elase shares our commitment to trust, education and exceptional outcomes, and I am confident this next chapter will allow the organization to continue growing while preserving the values that have defined Derma Health for more than two decades.”
As part of the transition, Derma Health’s Phoenix-area clinics will continue operating under the Elase brand while retaining its local team, preserving patient treatment histories and honoring existing memberships and pricing structures.
The partnership will also bring expanded resources to Arizona patients, including enhanced technology, additional treatment offerings, expanded provider education and operational support from a larger organization.
Importantly, existing Derma Health Reflect Your Best You Beauty Club members will continue to receive uninterrupted care and significant added benefits through the transition. RYBY members will retain their current $149 monthly membership rate, locking in pricing typically reserved for Elase’s Beauty Bank Elite tier, which is normally $199 per month. Members will also gain access to expanded benefits, including 15% savings on treatments and products, additional package discounts, exclusive member promotions and access to more than 43 Elase locations across seven states. Existing treatment histories, appointments and provider relationships will remain in place, ensuring a seamless transition for members while delivering enhanced value and flexibility.
The acquisition represents a significant milestone for Arizona’s medical aesthetics industry, positioning the Arizona-founded company to expand its capabilities while maintaining its longstanding commitment to personalized, patient-centered care.
“Derma Health has established an incredible legacy in Arizona and built deep trust within the community,” said Stephanie Hue, CEO of Elase. “We are honored to continue that legacy and invest in the future of these clinics, bringing additional resources, education and innovative treatments to patients while preserving the exceptional team and culture that made Derma Health successful.”
Beyond its business success, Derma Health has maintained strong ties throughout Arizona’s healthcare and business communities, including longstanding involvement with Arizona State University and numerous community initiatives. The transition also celebrates the lasting impact Gulbranson has made in shaping Arizona’s medical aesthetics landscape over the past two decades.
Patients can expect to see refreshed branding, website enhancements and expanded offerings over the coming months as clinics transition to the Elase name.
