Creditsafe, the world’s most-used supplier of company credit reports, announced today that it has opened a sales center in the greater-Phoenix area. The office will allow the fast-growing company to better serve customers in the western United States.
Located at 1400 E. Southern Ave. in Tempe, the 9,500-square-foot office can accommodate up to 150 employees. Creditsafe has hired 30 employees so far in the Valley and is continuing to recruit salespeople.
“We are extremely happy to be in Tempe,” said Matthew Debbage, president of Creditsafe’s U.S. operations. “We looked at a number of locations in the West, but the attractive real estate market, combined with a dynamic talent pool, made this our top choice.”
Debbage said that demand for the company’s attractively priced credit reports spurred Creditsafe to open a second sales center to complement its first U.S. office in Allentown, Pa.
“Our expansion has been driven by customer demand,” he said. “More companies appreciate the business intelligence and marketplace advantages that a comprehensive credit report can offer them.”
A credit report measures a company’s ability to repay its debts. Creditsafe credit reports also contain data such as inquiry records, full trade line information, bank and lease agreements, recent changes and factors affecting the business, judgments and tax liens, and background on the company’s officers. International credit ratings and linkages are also included in every Creditsafe report.
