Phoenix-based GMI, a leading total technology solutions provider, announced the acquisition of Alagen, a Phoenix-based cybersecurity firm with a team of 45 security specialists. This acquisition significantly expands GMI’s current cybersecurity services and will create 200 new technology jobs in metro-Phoenix over the next 12 months.
This marks the third acquisition for GMI in the past six months, signifying the organization’s commitment to deepening its resources to better serve its customers. Alagen’s expertise spans a wide spectrum of security services, including strategic security advisory services, architecture and integration, threat and vulnerability assessment and 24/7 security monitoring.
