NextCare Urgent Care – the nation’s largest privately held provider of urgent care medicine – announces the acquisition of Troyer Urgent Care centers in Flagstaff and Lake Havasu City, and Chino Valley Medical Center in Chino Valley. No other urgent care provider operates more clinics in Arizona than NextCare, which now manages 35 locations within the state.
With the addition of these three clinics, the brand’s locations span from Flagstaff in northern Arizona to Tucson in southern Arizona, across metro-Phoenix, and to Lake Havasu City in the west, allowing NextCare to provide services to over 90 percent of the state’s population.
“NextCare is very proud to provide services throughout the state of Arizona,” said John Julian, CEO of NextCare Holdings, Inc. “No other urgent care provider even comes close to covering the geography that we can through our locations. Providing high quality care in each and every one of the communities we serve has always been and will continue to be our goal.”
Notably, the Chino Valley center – in addition to urgent care services – will also continue to provide primary care services to its patients.
NextCare Holdings, Inc. is actively expanding in new and existing markets, having opened/acquired 23 clinics across the U.S. in the last 12 months alone. Currently operating in 11 states, the company plans to open several new clinics and continue its rapid expansion through acquisitions in the coming weeks and months.
