Nominations are open for the 2023 Arizona’s Most Admired Companies Awards (MAC). This is the most comprehensive and prestigious award program in Arizona. The awards program is designed to recognize the contributions and impact all Arizona employers bring to our great state.

Az Business magazine partners with BestCompaniesAZ in identifying Arizona’s Most Admired Companies — those companies that show strong leadership, a commitment to the communities, and concern for their employees and customers.
“This is the only awards program that recognizes those companies that are truly moving the needle in Arizona,” says Amy Lindsey, publisher of AZ Big Media, which publishes Az Business magazine.
A selection committee made up of Arizona business leaders is assembled and ranks each company in six categories:
- Workplace Culture
- Leadership Excellence
- Social Responsibility
- Customer Opinion
- Innovation
- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Once those rankings are completed, the selection committee chooses Arizona’s Most Admired Companies.
Deadline for nominations is Friday, Jule 2, 2023, so nominate today.
Winners and finalists the 2023 Arizona’s Most Admired Companies will be honored at a dinner and reception on October 5, 2023. Details will be announced soon.
