Humana is hiring for Pharmacy Technician and Customer Care Specialists positions. All roles will be at its Tempe call center, located at 7333 S. Hardy Drive, Suite 102 in Tempe.

The company is hosting a Job Fair at the Tempe call center on Thursday, Sept. 28 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. Interviews will be conducted on-site during the job fairs, so interested candidates should dress professionally and bring several copies of their current resume. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. 

Pharmacy Technicians process prior authorizations for prescription requests. Customer Care Specialists respond directly to questions, handle issues and provide guidance to both internal and external customers.
