IDT911 expands headquarters at Riverwalk in Scottsdale

Cushman & Wakefield announced that IDT911 signed a long-term lease extension and is expanding its operations at Riverwalk Arizona, 7580 N. Dobson Rd. in Scottsdale, AZ.

Mark Seale, Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield, represented IDT911 in the lease negotiations. The landlord, The Alter Group of Chicago, was self-represented.

The tenant, a leading B2B identity theft and data breach protection firm, leased approximately 18,763 square feet of space at Riverwalk Arizona, The Alter Group’s flagship development in Metro Phoenix and one of the country’s largest developments on Native American land. IDT911 is currently in the space and is targeting expansion occupancy on January 1, 2016.

“We are extremely pleased to keep the headquarters of this solid, fast-growing company in Scottsdale for the foreseeable future,” Mr. Seale said. “As a company with international clients and operations, IDT911 provides a powerful economic benefit to this area.”

IDT911 has expanded its long-term commitment for its corporate headquarters in Scottsdale. Founded in 2003 by Adam K. Levin, the company has grown dramatically with locations in the United States, Canada and Ireland. The successful merger of Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ closed September 1, 2015. The firm now operates under the iconic Cushman & Wakefield brand and has a new visual identity and logo that position the firm for the future and reflect its trusted global legacy and wider history. The new Cushman & Wakefield is led by Chairman & Chief Executive Officer Brett White and Global President Tod Lickerman. The company is majority owned by an investor group led by TPG, PAG, and OTPP.
