Recently, millions of professionals left the workforce to care for their families when schools and other childcare facilities closed and for many other reasons. With an intent to normalize career breaks and bring professionals back to workforce, Intel has launched a 16 week returnship program and will be recruiting into a variety of technical roles.

The participants may have an opportunity to join the Intel team full time upon successful completion of the program. The program will provide:

• Transitional support to ease your return to the workforce

• Customized cohort coaching sessions

• Dedicated mentoring and a buddy to support your re-entry

• Program management with trained managers to relaunch your career with confidence

Applications are being accepted for remote and on-site jobs till Monday, November 15, 2021.

Eligibility: Applicant must be on at least a 1-year career break for reasons such as: starting or raising a family, caring for a family member, military service/spouse, teaching, community service/volunteer work, or continuing education and must be available for our 16-week program starting late January to mid-May of 2022.

• Industrial/Facilities Engineer Returnship

• Software Engineer Returnship

• Process Engineer Returnship
