Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill is excited about the opening of its second Arizona location at Scottsdale Fashion Square, following the success of their first valley location that opened in the Valley, at Tempe Marketplace, in 2011. The gastropub will open its doors to the public in February of 2015 and will feature 8,500 square feet of interior seating, handcrafted food, 24 craft beers on tap, signature cocktails and over 1,500 square feet of prime patio space for enjoying the great weather.
Currently, the gastropub is looking to hire110 people to staff their new location. Seventy-five positions will be for the front of the house and 35 positions will be for the back of the house.
The restaurant is looking for individuals who are passionate and looking for a company that is committed to their guests and employees. Walk-in interviews are taking place Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at a small office building at 7150 East Camelback Rd. Suite 160, on the corner of Camelback and Scottsdale Rd.
