The Metropolitan Phoenix Export Alliance selected Polsinelli Attorney Melissa Miller Proctor to serve on its working board.
Proctor has spent her career handling international trade, import and export legal matters for companies throughout the United States. She is excited to be a part of efforts to support the greater Phoenix metro area in becoming a hub of trade and global commerce.
“MPEXA was created to facilitate the coordination of trade and export support activities in the Greater Phoenix region and build collaboration among key partners, members and stakeholders. It will play a vital role in the years to come,” Proctor said.
In addition to her legal practice, Proctor has served as General Counsel and Vice President of the Phoenix Chapter of the Organization of Women in International Trade.
She is also a member of the American Association of Exporters and Importers (AAEI), CompTIA, the Society of International Affairs, and the International Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona for which she served as an Executive Board Member in 2013.
