Cassidy Turley announced that Michael A. Beall and Christopher S. Walker have joined the firm’s Arizona office as Executive Vice President and Associate Vice President, respectively, in the Office Group.

Beall has more than 28 years of experience in the real estate industry, the past 23 with Cushman & Wakefield. He has focused his efforts in representing landlords, tenants, developers, sellers and buyers of commercial office properties throughout Metro Phoenix.

He has represented numerous institutional building owners and numerous corporations on lease, build-to-suit, land and building sale transactions. In the past five years he has been involved in over 350 sale and lease transactions with a total consideration of more than $1B.

He has advised his developer clients on more than 5.5 MSF of office and back office space. Mike was consistently been a Top Producer for Cushman. He is a graduate of University of Arizona and a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Walker has seven years of experience in the office sector, teaming with Beall to become the top leasing team at Cushman & Wakefield. He has been involved in more than 350 lease and sale transactions totaling more than 3.5 MSF with a total consideration of $300M.

Walker received numerous accolades from Cushman including Rookie of the Year in 2007 and two-time Emerging Broker of the Year in 2010 and 2011. He is a member of NAIOP and was twice recognized as an Emerging Broker nominee, in 2010 and 2011, by the group. He is a graduate of Arizona State University.
