WOMEN IN BUSINESS: The Most Influential Women in Arizona for 2026

WOMEN IN REAL ESTATE: The Most Influential Women in Commercial Real Estate for 2026

Lisa Roux, owner, Shooter’s World

Background: Roux is a business owner, operator, and growth strategist behind multiple ventures, including Shooter’s World, a three-location premier indoor shooting range and firearms training center, FlowState Innovations, a software platform modernizing the firearms retail and range experience, Subtle Savage, an outdoor lifestyle brand, and Southwest Armor Technologies (SWAT Armor), advancing next-generation ballistic protection. With a background in finance and a track record of scaling complex operations, she builds businesses that prioritize both performance and people, creating environments that are safe, approachable, and built for long-term impact while developing teams who take ownership and consistently raise the standard.

Advice to younger self: “Take action sooner. You already know more than you think, and clarity doesn’t come from overthinking, it comes from movement. The longer you sit in indecision, the heavier everything feels. Most of the things you’re worried about won’t matter, and the ones that do can be solved faster than you expect. Bet on yourself earlier, speak up more, and stop waiting until you feel “ready.” You don’t build confidence before action, you build it because of it.”

Surprising fact: “Most people don’t know that I had my first job at 7 years old, working the register at one of my family’s McDonald’s. You know the saying, “everything I need to know I learned in kindergarten”? That’s how I feel about my time there. It was an incredible foundation for understanding business, from scheduling and systems to training, customer service, and accountability. A lot of what I’ve built since then isn’t complicated, it’s just rooted in doing the basics exceptionally well.”
