Admirable trait: Spear quickly adapted to the changes COVID-19 brought to its business with the closure of the campus and the need to supply its members with the means to continue to meet and collaborate virtually. Spear rolled out virtual Study Clubs through a rapid delivery process in under 30 days and has also delivered virtual Spear seminars and panel discussions for its members. Spear launched the Practice Recovery Initiative to help its members’ practices weather temporary closures during quarantines while also helping them create a plan to emerge with a strategy that meets patient needs and positions their practice for future growth.
