Workplace culture: Average attorney tenure across all Fennemore offices is 13.29 years, with turnover in 2020 less than half of the industry average. Among their staff, the average tenure is 11.11 years, with 28% of the team having been with the firm 15 years or longer. Staff turnover also is significantly less than the industry average.

Customer opinion: On May 24, 2023, Fennemore announced that it posted the single largest year-over-year revenue growth among all firms in The American Lawyer 2023 Am Law 200, the listing of the 200 largest law firms in the country ranked by gross revenue. Fennemore’s revenue grew by a staggering 45% in 2022 versus 2021.
