Workplace culture: Most recently, Northern Trust Pride Business Resource Council hosted an event to show support against homophobia, biphobia and transphobia. And, Northern Trust’s Asian Leadership Business Resource Council is an annual participant in the Tempe Dragon Boat Races. The company also has an Employee Engagement Team, responsible for cultivating the Tempe office’s culture and enabling opportunities to host events for the Super Bowl, the Golf Open, Halloween and more.

Innovation: Northern Trust’s Achieve Greater Together program has been at the forefront of many company events.
