Admirable trait: To date, StrataTech has positively impacted more than 47,000 lives. Their goal is to provide life-changing opportunities to more than 100,000 employed graduates nationwide, at over 25,000 different organizations, by 2032.

Community impact: Through their community partnerships and collaborations, StrataTech has helped more than 370 students from underserved areas pursue promising careers in the skilled trades. In 2021, the company provided $30,000 in scholarships to five Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley members and last year, donated $100,000 in scholarships to Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, a nonprofit that supports women getting back on their feet after suffering poverty, domestic violence and/or homelessness.
