Community impact: Voya has a long history of giving back to local communities. For 10 years, Voya has sponsored National Days of Service (NDOS), a companywide, volunteer initiative that harnesses the talent and expertise of thousands of Voya volunteers, maximizing the company’s philanthropic impact. In 2023, 77% of Arizona employees volunteered for NDOS.

Innovation: In March 2021, Voya launched a transformative company-wide initiative called Reimagine to reshape the way they interact with clients, colleagues and communities. Initially, Reimagine generated 14 pilot programs that explored new ideas in areas such as collaboration, connecting with colleagues, enhanced use of space and selling in a hybrid environment, among others. Almost 2,200 Voya employees participated in these pilots.
