What it does: Portable storage company

Community impact: All WillScot Mobile Mini employees receive 16 hours of paid time off to volunteer each year. They also receive volunteer reward dollars administered through the Give Where You Live program — for every hour employees volunteer, the company provides $10 in “reward dollars” that can be donated to an organization of the employee’s choosing. In 2022, WillScot Mobile Mini contributed more than $303K to charitable causes. Employees participated in over 2,700 volunteer hours to support more than 410 causes.

Innovation: The organization’s newly implemented, patent-pending, PRORACK system addresses the most common uses of WillScot Mobile Mini container products as well as interacting with the company’s Tri-Cam locking system and FLEX office product.
