CAREER PATH INSPIRATION: “As early as first grade, I was good with numbers, a point of pride for my entrepreneurial father. He passed away when I was 8 and seeing the resulting distress my mother was under — including handling financial responsibilities previously held by him — made me double down on my studies.”
SOURCE OF PRIDE: “Empowering and inspiring team members to find career success as well as work-life balance. I push myself to be a better version of me every day, and the ultimate success is to motivate our team to want to do the same.”
SOURCE OF INSPIRATION: “As a woman, I want to have it all: thriving children and a flourishing career. There are many people who tell us as women that it is impossible, but not my first mentor, Debbie Carpenter. She showed me it was not only possible, but to do so with class and grace. I still aspire to the example she set.”
SURPRISING FACT: “I grew up on a dairy farm in rural Pennsylvania.”
