DEEPER DIVE: The Most Influential Women in Commercial Real Estate for 2025
Stephanie Tribe, director, Fennemore
Background: Tribe leads Fennemore’s regional trusts and estates practice, advising individuals and families on estate planning, taxation, and probate. A trusted advisor across generations, she works with clients to implement estate plans and wealth transfer strategies. A recognized authority in her field, Tribe also balances a busy family life while speaking nationally to legal professionals.
Source of pride: “My clients are amazing people! These are individuals and families who have built businesses, shaped communities, and made Arizona a great place to be. I’m proud to represent them, and it’s deeply rewarding to help them protect what they’ve created and ensure their goals are realized for future generations.”
Advice to young women: “Find a mentor who will invest in your development — someone who will give you real work, hands-on opportunities, direct feedback, and the chance to interact with clients. Those experiences are invaluable for building confidence, honing your skills, shaping your practice and advancing your career.”
Surprising fact: “I can drive a combine. I grew up on a farm raising corn, wheat, and potatoes — and my dad still farms today. Fun fact: my law school entrance essay was all about thrashing wheat. Farming taught me hard work, resilience, and a few surprising life skills.”
