WOMEN IN REAL ESTATE: The Most Influential Women in Commercial Real Estate for 2026
WOMEN IN BUSINESS: The Most Influential Women in Arizona for 2026
Suzanne Fallender, vice president, Global Impact & Sustainability, Prologis
Background: Fallender leads Prologis’ global impact and sustainability strategy, data and reporting and strategic initiatives that advance the company’s leadership in sustainable logistics real estate. She partners across Prologis to scale sustainability and community impact initiatives, including progress toward Prologis’ net-zero goals and investments in resilient supply chain infrastructure. She also serves on the board of the Prologis Foundation.
Advice to younger self: “Don’t be afraid to take bold leaps toward new opportunities. After spending many years in the technology sector, I was initially unsure about transitioning into commercial real estate, but joining Prologis was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Being part of a global company that is helping shape the future of sustainable logistics while also making meaningful investments in local communities — including throughout Arizona — has been incredibly rewarding, professionally and personally.”
Surprising fact: “I was a music major in college and recently had the opportunity to play electric guitar and keyboards in a band with several of my Prologis colleagues.”
