Advice to younger self: “Invest in relationships to strengthen your network. I’ve learned that investing in relationships is one of the most effective ways to strengthen your professional network. Networking doesn’t have to mean overly socializing or working a room; it can be as simple as building genuine, one‑on‑one connections.”

Surprising fact: “A surprising fact about me is that I love all kinds of puzzles, from jigsaw puzzles to Penny Press puzzle and game books. I enjoy the challenge and satisfaction that comes from piecing things together. That same mindset carries over into my work – I enjoy untangling messy problems and finding clear solutions.”
