NAI Horizon hires Sarah Stecko as marketing specialist
NAI Horizon, celebrating 25 years in the Valley, continues its growth in Arizona with the hiring of Sarah Stecko as Marketing Specialist.
Stecko will collaborate with the brokerage teams to provide coordination and creation of consistently-branded marketing materials. This includes proposals, database support, and preparation of accurate, timely, and relevant documentation.
Stecko comes to NAI Horizon after three years as Editor in Chief of Commercial Executive Magazine where she produced both online and print content. She has also spent time and held various positions at R&R Partners, Allied Integrated Marketing, and Knoodle Advertising Agency.

Fidelity National Title‘s Leo Sanchez named to MRED board of directors
Leo Sanchez, Commercial Sales Executive of Major Accounts at Fidelity National Title Agency, has been elected Vice President of the Board of Directors for the W.P. Carey School of Business, Masters of Real Estate Development Alumni Program.
In May Sanchez completed the prestigious W.P. Carey School of Business, MRED Program. Sanchez, who has been with Fidelity Title for two years and in the local real estate industry for 13 years, also holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from Keller Graduate School of Management.
“It’s truly an honor and a privilege to serve on the board,” Sanchez said. “It’s incredible to see how our program has gained exposure nationally and I look forward to the opportunity to work with my fellow alum in the years to come.”

Jennings Haug Cunningham welcomes 2 new associates
Jennings Haug Cunningham (JHC) announced that the firm has added Nichole L. Rowey and W. Bradford Roberts as associates to the firm’s litigation practice areas.
Ms. Rowey’s practice is focused in general insurance defense litigation and coverage work. She has experience in a variety of areas of the law, including construction defect, complex product liability litigation, employment law and all types of bodily injury defense. Prior to joining JHC, Ms. Rowey worked for a national insurance defense firm handling complex tire litigation and wrongful death cases.
A native Arizonan, Ms. Rowey graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona with her Bachelor’s degree in 2007 and earned her law degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2010.
Mr. Roberts’ practice is focused in general civil litigation and insurance defense and coverage matters. Prior to joining JHC, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Margaret H. Downie on the Arizona Court of Appeals and during law school Mr. Roberts served as an extern for the Honorable Patricia K. Norris on the Arizona Court of Appeals, the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee.
A native Arizonian, Mr. Roberts graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University in 2011 and earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2016.
