Gust Rosenfeld adds 2 capital members and elects 3 partners
Gust Rosenfeld, P.L.C. announced that Jeffrey L. McLerran and J.T. Shoaf were elected as capital members of the firm, and Mina C. O’Boyle, Megan E. Ritenour, and Robert Williams were elected to the firm’s partnership.

Jeffrey L. McLerran – Phoenix; Health Care Litigation
Jeff’s litigation based practice focuses on the defense of claims asserted against health care providers. He has extensive litigation and trial experience in the areas of health care, medical malpractice, medical negligence, professional licensing, credentialing issues, personal injury defense, contract interpretation, and wrongful death.
J.T. Shoaf – Phoenix; Insurance Litigation
J.T.’s practice includes a broad range of insurance defense, civil litigation, and complex commercial litigation matters. He represents clients in litigation matters dealing with construction defects, aviation and airline liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, personal injury, medical malpractice, health care, and products liability claims. J.T. has also handles environmental litigation matters.
Mina C. O’Boyle – Phoenix; Real Estate Litigation
Mina practices in the areas of real estate litigation, real estate transactions, commercial litigation, commercial transactions, and intellectual property. She advises and represents title insurance companies and their insureds, escrow agents, lenders, developers, brokers, contractors, and similar clients. Mina handles buyer/seller disputes, disputes involving real estate brokers and agents, easement and access disputes, boundary issues, sale by partitions, and lien priority issues. She also assists businesses with protecting their trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property through preventative measures to avoid disputes and through litigation when disputes arise.
Megan E. Ritenour – Phoenix; Insurance Coverage and Litigation
Megan focuses her litigation practice on complex insurance coverage analysis and litigation and insurance defense. She possesses particular experience litigating both first party and third party insurance coverage disputes, including those involving breach of contract and bad faith. Megan also litigates in the areas of large loss commercial subrogation, product liability, construction law, commercial litigation, and premises liability.
Robert Williams – Phoenix; Civil Litigation, Creditors’ Rights, and Bankruptcy
Robert focuses his practice on civil litigation, creditors’ rights, commercial bankruptcy, restructurings, related litigation, appeals, and mediation. Robert represents credit unions, institutional clients, student loan creditors, corporations, partnerships, and individuals in all areas of creditor and debtor relations.
Tech Parks VP joins Tucson Hispanic Chamber board
Lindsay Welch, Vice President of Corporate Relations for Tech Parks Arizona, has been appointed to the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (THCC). Welch will join fourteen other community champions who serve on the board to drive economic development while advancing Hispanic businesses. THCC advocates for and provides services that help grow its member businesses in the bilingual and bicultural region of the Arizona Mexico border.

AvAir promotes Max Masterson
After 4 years as AvAir’s Director of Sales, Max Masterson has been promoted to Vice President of Sales.
Masterson joined AvAir in 2017 as an Account Executive with nearly six years of sales and marketing experience and worked his way to Director of Sales. As Vice President of Sales, Masterson will guide the team’s productivity and provide thoughtful leadership and vision to execute initiatives to better serve AvAir’s customers while maintaining alignment with the company’s core values.
