Land Advisors Organization announces Healthcare Services team

Land Advisors Organization’s Metro Phoenix office announces the formation of its Healthcare Strategy Team to focus on advising and guiding the healthcare industry in Arizona through every stage of its real estate decisions.

The team is comprised of industry veterans Laurie Sandau, who is new to Land Advisors Organization, Michael Brinkley and Michele Pino. Each member of the team brings a distinct skill set, allowing them to offer clients the most robust and comprehensive services through data-driven land and economic metrics and deep industry knowledge.

Sandau, a recognized leader in the local community, brings more than 16 years of real estate experience, first in the title industry and subsequently working in medical office leasing and sales. She joins Brinkley,  who has a 30+ year history of successfully managing strategic hospital corporate real estate planning and development throughout Metro Phoenix; and Pino, who formerly headed business development for the State of Arizona, has more than 16 years of experience in real estate acquisition and strategic site selection focusing on medical land and senior living.

Land Advisors Organization’s Healthcare Strategy Team offers data-driven advisory services to healthcare users, developers, municipalities and investors to best ensure that growth plans are timely and geographically strategic.  The team’s services include front-end consulting strategies that analyze and report on healthcare infrastructure needs, site selection and development opportunities, full-spectrum leasing services, and sales. 

The team has been involved with many significant healthcare projects, including the recent land strategy for Valleywise Health’s new multi-clinic expansion. 

Terracon promotes Chuck Reynolds

Terracon, an engineering consulting firm, is pleased to announce it has promoted Chuck Reynolds to Senior Principal, Senior Client Development Manager.

Reynolds has been with Terracon for 14 years. Previously he was Principal, Senior Client Development Manager.

His promotion is in recognition for his contributions to the firm over a broad geographic area and cross-country influence to grow the company. Reynolds will continue his role as Senior Client Development Manager based in Phoenix.

Reynolds’ primary focus is to support offices in Arizona and New Mexico. However, he has interaction with offices nationwide and particularly in Terracon’s Western Operating Group.

Sundt hires David Fagerstrom

Sundt Construction, Inc. recently added David Fagerstrom as a project director to its Industrial Group.

“David brings a variety of skills and expertise to his new position,” said Greg Ayres, Vice President for Sundt’s Industrial Group. “His experience on several large projects in the water and wastewater industry will provide strong leadership for the teams on our projects.”

Fagerstrom brings 20 years of construction experience to his new role as project director. His experience includes procuring and overseeing multiple projects in the water and wastewater industry, managing and developing proposal strategies, estimating, preconstruction services, project management, industry outreach and the development of project teams.

Fagerstrom has worked on many notable projects including a $54 million water reclamation facility and a $65 million water treatment plant in Arizona. He earned his bachelor’s degree in construction management from Arizona State University.

Spencer Fane brings in Ehrlich

Spencer Fane LLP announced the addition of Gerald F. Ehrlich to the Business Transactions practice group as of counsel in the firm’s Phoenix office.

Ehrlich has practiced law in Arizona since 1982 and has developed a strong track record of success in providing businesses of all sizes with responsive day-to-day legal advice on all aspects of corporate operations critical to success. He counsels individual and business clients in the areas of corporate and business transactions, federal income taxation, trusts and estates as well as real estate acquisition, sale and finance.

After graduating from Rutgers University School of Law, he was commissioned in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, and while serving on active duty in the Washington D.C., area, obtained an LLM in Tax Law from Georgetown University.

In addition, Ehrlich has been certified as a specialist in tax law by the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization for over 35 years.
