OneAZ Credit Union announced the recipients of its 2025 Community Impact Grants— awarding an incredible $240,000 in funding to 48 nonprofit organizations making a difference across Arizona.

“This year’s Community Impact Grant recipients reflect the heart of Arizona,” said Robert Raygoza, Executive Director of the OneAZ Community Foundation. “These nonprofits are leading powerful, people-first efforts that make our state stronger every day. At OneAZ, we believe in walking alongside them—supporting their missions and investing in long-term community growth.”

These OneAZ Credit Union grants help nonprofits turn hope into action—driving lasting change in housing, education, youth support, and food security across Arizona.

Tamala McBath, Dress for Success Phoenix CEO, said: “We are honored to be named a 2025 OneAZ Community Impact Grant recipient. We thank OneAZ Credit Union for their generous support, which will help us continue empowering Arizonans toward economic independence. Liz McCusker, Executive Director of Tu Nidito in Tucson, said: “We are proud to embark on this new partnership with OneAZ Community Foundation. With their support, Tu Nidito will continue our work to provide critical grief support services throughout Southern Arizona. There is no place quite like it in all of Arizona and we are so proud to serve the needs of children, teens, young adults and caregivers who are experiencing a serious medical diagnosis or death of a special person. The 2025 Community Impact Grant program received more than 400 applications from nonprofits statewide. After a rigorous review, 48 organizations were selected to receive $5,000 each to fuel their missions and expand their reach.
