BACKGROUND: Rachel Davis-Schultz joined CopperPoint in 2019 and is currently the Executive Vice President, Chief HR Officer & Enterprise Operations. Davis-Shultz has more than 20 years of human resources experience including employee relations, benefits, training, culture and transformation. She’s helped navigate several major acquisitions and successful integrations and has led teams experiencing significant organic and inorganic growth.
