Many Small and large businesses in multi-tenant unit office buildings in Arizona now have access to fiber-ready broadband speeds up to one gigabit per second, CenturyLink Inc. announced Tuesday.
Now, 22,000 Businesses within 2,500 buildings in the state now have access to multiple wide-area network connections delivered over fiber, including multiprotocol label switching virtual private network (MPLS-VPN), metro Ethernet and the latest software-defined wide area network (SD-WAN) solution.
“By offering fiber-ready services to multi-tenant unit office buildings across the state, we can more quickly connect our business customers to the power of the digital world. We are changing the business data landscape and are excited to offer access to the blazing-fast gigabit service from CenturyLink that enterprises throughout the country trust for affordable and scalable business solutions,” said Ken McMahon, CenturyLink’s vice president of enterprise business sales.
Tenants in office buildings will have access to one gigabit per second speeds for both downloads and uploads, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), cloud-based services and managed IT solutions.
CenturyLink states that business can benefit from locating their servers in a secure, fully redundant data center. CenturyLink’s fiber broadband service connected to a local data center gives businesses easy access to off-site servers managed by CenturyLink, which better supports disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
