Defining moment: “Early in my career, a leader took time to teach me and help me understand the bigger picture. Later, I had a leader who trusted me to make meaningful contributions to the organization’s future. Those experiences shaped my commitment to develop others, provide context, and give people opportunities to make a difference.”
Defining success: “Today, I define success by the positive impact we have on the people we serve. If our associates feel supported and empowered to grow, they’ll create exceptional experiences for our members. When our members achieve greater financial well-being, they’re able to build stronger futures for themselves and their families. Success isn’t measured only by financial performance; it’s measured by the lasting difference we make in the lives of associates, members, families, and the communities we proudly serve across Arizona.”
Legacy: “I hope to leave Arizona stronger than I found it by helping build a financial institution that people trust for generations. My goal is for OneAZ to be known not only for financial strength, but for improving lives by creating opportunities for associates to grow, helping members achieve their financial goals, and investing in communities across our state. If we’ve helped more Arizonans build brighter futures, that’s a legacy worth leaving.”

Arizona opportunities: “Arizona continuously grows each day; people are moving in at faster rates than ever before… I think sometimes we forget to slow down long enough to take the cup of coffee, the lunch, the zoom meeting with someone new. How do you welcome them to the community, how do you learn from them and what they bring. We sometimes take for granted that it takes ALL of us to collectively make our communities a better place, that means our business growth and our nonprofit partners. Say yes to the meeting, you’ll be surprised how much impact can happen just from a 15-minute conversation.”
Defining success: “Success to me means being blessed to be able to wake up each day with joy and a sense of calmness that allows me the ability to get through each day no matter what comes my way.”
Lasting impact: “As a leader it is important for me to ensure those around me know the value of giving back, especially my sons. I want my legacy to live on through my kids, I want them to know that it takes nothing to be kind to others and showing up for their community is not work, it’s a way of life. Nothing would make me happier than to have any of the work I’ve done or the impact I’ve had outlive me and shine through my kids and one day their kids.”

Her experience as the parent of a child with Type 1 diabetes deepened her understanding of the patient and family experience and reinforced her commitment to compassionate, connected care. Today, she leads with a focus on quality, innovation, access and improving community health.
Defining moment: “A defining moment in my career came when I was an ICU nurse caring for a patient at the end of his life. His wife shared that after more than 38 years of marriage, they had rarely spent a night apart. My colleagues and I rearranged the room so she could spend one final night beside him. That experience taught me that while excellence and innovation matter, leadership is ultimately about people. The most meaningful impact often comes from empathy, compassion and the willingness to make a difference in someone’s life. That lesson continues to guide how I lead today.”
Arizona opportunities: “Arizona has an opportunity to rethink how healthcare is delivered by meeting people where they are. For too many families, getting care can mean long drives or overcoming unnecessary barriers. By bringing expert, compassionate care closer to home and investing in our communities, we can make it easier for people to get the care they need, improve outcomes and build healthier communities across Arizona.”
Defining success: “Success today is measured by people, not titles. It’s seeing patients receive exceptional care, watching employees grow into new opportunities and knowing we’ve made a positive difference in our communities. When people feel valued, supported and connected to a shared purpose, great things happen.”

With a strong focus on helping employers navigate complex employment laws, she combines her extensive litigation experience with practical compliance strategies to foster healthy workplace environments.
Defining moment: “Believe it or not, one of the most impactful moments that shaped my road to success happened in high school right here in Phoenix. As a senior, I ran for student body president against a very well-known, popular opponent. Once the election process got underway, I realized what a risk I was taking and I wanted to back out, quit. My mom, Diane Ingold, encouraged me to take it on and she even helped with my pitch, even though I wanted to back out. I ended up being elected and since that time, whenever I’m faced with risk (which happens often), I take it on with belief and focus.”
Defining success: “My definition of success today is a combination of objective and subjective components, where you are able to set, work toward, and achieve professional goals while prioritizing your own personal satisfaction and knowledge that your daily life reflects your actual values. Success to me reflects a very winding path requiring you to adjust and adapt when faced with interim failures — true success doesn’t happen without failures.”

Kehaly is recognized for making bold moves that improve the healthcare experience for members, patients, and providers while balancing the needs of today.
Defining moment: “Early in my career, I was contacted by a member who was frustrated and overwhelmed by medical bills and collection notices. He was struggling to understand what his insurance had paid and what he was personally responsible for. I spent several days reviewing and reconciling the bills, helping him make sense of the charges and contacting providers to pause collection efforts while we worked through the details. Once everything was resolved, he called me a few months later to thank me. During that conversation, he shared that his wife had passed away. He explained that the time and support I provided allowed him to spend less time navigating billing issues and more quality time with his wife during her final months. It was at that moment that I recognized a career in health insurance was an opportunity to help people during what could arguably be the most trying times of their lives.”

Defining success: “Success is seeing people become more than they thought they could be. Buildings eventually become part of the landscape, but the impact you have on people’s lives lasts much longer. Willmeng has created a culture where people are challenged, supported, treated fairly, and inspired to find their genuine place of purpose. The projects and all of the challenges inherent to a successful client outcome are the vehicle for developing people, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities that extend well beyond Willmeng. Defining moment: “Starting Rafi Law Group in 2015 was the defining moment. I went from being responsible for my own work to being responsible for an organization and the people depending on it. That changed how I viewed risk, accountability and leadership, and those lessons still shape how I make decisions today.”
Arizona opportunities: “Arizona has tremendous momentum, but our biggest opportunity is making sure that growth creates opportunity for everyone. Business leaders can play a larger role in strengthening the communities around them. When companies invest their resources, people and influence locally, economic growth can become community progress that lasts for generations.”
Defining success: “My definition of success has changed. Early in my career, success was about building something and proving that it could work. Today, it is about what that success makes possible. Can we create careers for great people? Can we develop the next generation of leaders? Can we help more clients and invest more into our community? I still want to grow and compete at the highest level, but the scoreboard is much bigger now. Success is building something that creates opportunity and impact beyond yourself.”

Arizona opportunities: “Arizona and Metro Phoenix in particular are growing and seeing a lot of opportunity. I worry that our utility providers can keep up with this demand and that availability of power in the grid will slow future growth.”
Defining success: “Success is when the team can run without me in the room. I try to give people clear expectations and then the room to own their work, because that is where pride and accountability come from. When someone here takes real ownership of a project and delivers something they are proud of, that matters more to me than the number at the end of it.”

It’s about durable growth, building platforms that enable teams to unite and achieve together, and ensuring that family and friends are a constant part of that journey.”
Lasting legacy: “Arizona is a bold state. We are defined by innovation and resilience. We are a place of opportunity.
