This expansion marks a significant milestone for the digital marketing company as it continues to grow and expand its services and footprint across the country. Located at Two Renaissance Square, the new office will serve as Townsquare Interactive’s western base for its digital marketing services, including web design, social media management, and search engine optimization.
“Our team is dedicated to helping our small business owners achieve their goals and we’re confident that our digital marketing solutions will help businesses in Phoenix and beyond succeed in today’s competitive online marketplace,” said Tim Pirrone, President of Townsquare Interactive.
To support this expansion, Townsquare Interactive is actively recruiting sales professionals who are passionate about helping businesses succeed in the digital marketplace. The company offers competitive salaries, generous commission structures, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
“We’re excited to bring hundreds of new job opportunities to Phoenix over the next several years and to build a strong team of sales and client service professionals to support our clients,” said Pirrone. “We’re looking for talented individuals who are passionate about sales and who are excited to help businesses succeed in the digital marketplace.”
To create a functional and visually appealing workspace, Townsquare Interactive collaborated with Evolution Design, one of the premier full-service interior architecture firms in Arizona. The result is an office environment that fosters comfort, inspiration, and productivity for employees.
“We were thrilled to partner with Evolution on the design of our new office,” said Pirrone. “Their expertise in office design and layout was invaluable, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result.”
“It was a pleasure working with the Townsquare team; Rob Kijik, Joe Ainsworth and Tim Pirrone to bring the space to life,” said Nicole Swanson, Associate at Evolution Design. “In the heart of downtown, the suite has unique architectural features as the hexagon floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the bustling courtyard. Large exterior windows provide an abundance of natural light for the open office while open ceilings create an open sightline connecting employees throughout the space. A breakroom nestled in the rear of the space provides an oasis for employees to recharge separately from the bustling office.“
Working closely with Kevin Calihan and Tim Kempton of CBRE, Townsquare Interactive secured an impressive workspace in Two Renaissance Square. The building, originally designed by the renowned architecture firm Emery, Roth & Sons, Inc., recently underwent a 1 million-square-foot renovation project to modernize and upgrade its facilities.
Two Renaissance Square’s building space features a state-of-the-art conferencing facility with inspiring space options for meetings, training, board rooms, gaming areas, receptions, and other uses. Furthermore, the office also includes a completely refurbished 20,000 square-foot fitness center featuring a cardio studio, indoor basketball court, training area, free weights, racquetball courts, personal training, laundry service, private showers, and lockers, among other amenities. Townsquare Interactive is excited to utilize these modern amenities to enhance collaboration and innovation within the company.
“The renovations to Two Renaissance Square align perfectly with our company’s values and commitment to innovation and growth,” said Pirrone. “We believe this modern workspace will help us attract top talent and replicate what we’ve done so well in our Charlotte, NC headquarters.”
With the opening of this new office, collaboration with Evolution Design, and partnerships with local organizations and universities, Townsquare Interactive is poised to make a significant impact within the Phoenix business community. The company is dedicated to helping local businesses succeed in the digital marketplace, contributing to job creation, and bolstering the local economy.
“We are thrilled to see Townsquare Interactive move into their permanent home amid the vibrant business community of downtown Phoenix,” said Chris Camacho, President & CEO at Greater Phoenix Economic Council. “Their expansion and investment in Greater Phoenix not only brings job opportunities to our community but also strengthens our thriving technology ecosystem and will empower local businesses. We look forward to their contributions in driving innovation, supporting small businesses, and bolstering our region’s growth.”
