The acquisition of Triton is the third acquisition by Valor Global in the past two years, and follows the recent acquisition of DRS Services USA, a top healthcare and medical call center services provider specializing in patient scheduling and healthcare support solutions, based in Scottsdale, Arizona.   The company, which closed its first round of outside funding in May 2021, plans to continue to grow significantly over the coming months and expects to create 1,000 new jobs in the Arizona market in the coming 12 months.

“We are pleased to welcome the Triton team to the Valor Global family, expanding our ability to deliver even more extraordinary customer experiences seamlessly and consistently” said Valor Global CEO Simer S. Mayo. “With integration of Triton and Valor, we are combining incredible teams of people and best of breed systems and application capabilities for increased security, efficiency, agent productivity and client success. We are also extremely excited to roll out the Triton’s industry disrupting TapnTxt ™ technology to our current and future clients, enabling them to provide efficient and seamless communication to their customers.”

Valor Global’s acquisition of Triton comes on the heels of the pandemic’s acceleration of the global market for outsourcing customer care solutions, which is poised to grow by $13.67 billion during 2020-2024, according to ReportLinker. As companies begin to emerge to find their post-pandemic “new normal”, they are increasingly turning to BPOs like Valor Global to help manage their customer care.
