With expansion and improved services in mind Mesa tech company, ReFresh IT, has joined forces with Michigan based iwerk. The move is expected to broaden ReFresh IT’s commitment to bridging the gap between companies and their technology needs. 

ReFresh IT Owner Jacy Smith said,  “I’m really excited to join the iwerk family and what our future has in store. ReFresh IT and iwerk have a lot in common. Most importantly, we share a passion to focus on our customers first.”

Smith is known for her dedication to business IT consulting, technology audits and bulk support services. As one of the first students to graduate from ASU’s Science, Technology and Society program, she brings ReFresh IT’s dedication to finding ways to make technology accessible and understandable to iwerk as she continues to run the operation in Arizona under the iwerk umbrella. The current ReFresh IT offices will become the Arizona location for iwerk with Smith at the iwerk prides itself on helping brands succeed through technology with both software development and tech services. The company is known for virtualization, support, monitoring, maintenance, network engineering, healthcare systems integration, data backup and responsive websites, creating a perfect storm of talent between the two organizations.

In tech language, that means major platforms including Microsoft, PHP, mobile and project dependent custom development are covered. Custom websites, HIPAA compliance, web based applications, integration with other systems and custom database including dashboards, reporting and workflow solutions are within reach to business owners. 

The transition began at the beginning of the month and clients have had access to increased remote help desk support and an additional full-time technician hired for Arizona to strengthen local support and make the progression as seamless as possible.
