Keyser, Arizona’s largest tenant-only commercial real estate firm, announced the opening of its New York City office today. This is the company’s second location in the U.S., as it expands its rapidly growing and innovative corporate real estate solutions platform to the East Coast. Leading the New York office will be Patrick Wilcox, Managing Director and principal broker.

Wilcox, a commercial real estate and tech veteran, started his technology career 19 years ago and later fused that expertise with the commercial real estate advisory business in the New York Metropolitan market. Wilcox’s mission is to grow the new office alongside his core data center and technology practice, adding office, industrial, retail, healthcare and corporate real estate services professionals to the Keyser brand in New York.

“We are excited to bring Keyser’s ‘serve first’ principles to a market in desperate need of an ‘all-in’ solutions model,” said Wilcox.  “At Keyser, we put our clients first while fostering our peers’ business growth through a team-first approach.”

The growing revenue of Keyser New York will be the result of putting people first and serving others, rather than the reverse.

“The next generation of brokers in New York want to expand their practice without traditional firm barriers and limitations on who they serve and how they serve their clients,” said Wilcox.  “We will encourage that mindset – we want them here at Keyser.”

Keyser New York encourages recruits from inside the business world and other established brokerages to apply who want a new way to conduct business.

“We are looking to add professionals who love the subject matter of commercial real estate but don’t want to be part of the typical cutthroat brokerage model prevalent today,” said Wilcox. “We are private, flexible and will work with our people to make them and their clients successful.  That’s not just our rhetoric, that’s our promise.”

Keyser has averaged a 58% compounded growth year-over-year since its founding in 2013.

“Our growth has been driven by a real need for a new kind of commercial real estate firm,” said founder Jonathan Keyser. “Our expansion into New York, led by Patrick, allows us to bring Keyser’s disruptive methodology to this new market and beyond.”

“Keyser was founded with the mission of re-imagining and disrupting the commercial real estate brokerage industry,” said Keyser.  “Our vision is to demonstrate that you don’t have to be ruthless to win and to create that next generation commercial real estate brokerage firm that actually lives those principles.”
