Humble Bistro

The Humble Bistro, in addition to their new Gilbert location at Val Vista and Williams Field Rd, offers a Caesar salad that is anything but humble. This creation includes chopped romaine adorned with garlic breadcrumbs, wrapped in a spicy jalapeno dressing, all topped off with some brussel sprout leaves. If you’re looking to dabble in some elegantly crafted cuisine, the Humble Bistro is the tastiest spot.

The Italian Daughter

The Italian Daughter’s made-from-scratch widespread Italian menu ranges from pasta to seafood to wood-fired pizza, but the star of the show is the Beet Salad. This colorful dish contains two types of beet, tangy goat cheese fritter, and toasted walnuts all wrapped together with the staple arugula and mustard vinaigrette. All unique recipes are crafted by Melissa Maggiore, originating from her own childhood meals.

Thompson 105

Thompson 105’s classic woodfired grill in the Mcdowell Mountains is a beautiful desert grotto in which to enjoy a salad. Outstanding examples include Caprese (mozzarella, arugula and basil), and the locally sourced Citrus Salad. Furthermore, any of their salads can be topped with your protein of choice. Top off your salad pick with a house-made cocktail and enjoy the mountains from the patio view.

Z’Tejas

This fusion of spicy southwest and succulent seaside flavors are represented perfectly by the new seasonal crab cake salad. This salad is topped with three gourmet crab cakes with corn relish and Southwest ranch dressing. Dying to try? Try the crab cake salad now at Z’Tejas’ Chandler or Scottsdale locations.
