Tempe’s first digital bar crawl launches on Mill Avenue

Lifestyle | 26 Mar |

Friday nights on Mill Avenue will enter the digital age with Royal Crawl, a modern twist on the traditional pub-crawl. Royal Crawl delivers a fun and action-packed way to have drinks and win prizes while raising money for charity.

Created by Event Producers Kyle Markman and Wyatt Poole, an ASU grad, Royal Crawl brings something new to Mill Ave every Friday night. Each event starts at 8 p.m., and ends at midnight.

Guests will bar-hop on Mill Ave using the Royal Crawl mobile app. At each bar, crawlers check in to receive a digital playing card and then show the bartender their app to redeem a drink.  After visiting all five bars, in any order, each crawler will have built a complete digital poker hand to compete against all other crawlers. Best hands of the night win prizes including gift cards, free crawls and more.

From now until April 27th, 42 percent of net proceeds will be donated to The Pat Tillman Foundation.

Cost to crawl is $15 pre-sale and $20 day of and includes five drinks, one at each stop along the crawl. Tickets are sold through the Royal Crawl App, downloadable through the App Stores on both iPhones and Androids.

Royal Crawl is the perfect Friday night adventure for adults of all ages to join. Royal Crawl is great for birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette celebrations, graduations, or just to kick off the weekend! DRINK. PLAY.  WIN!

Participating venues include: El Hefe, Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row, C.A.S.A Tempe, Fat Tuesday, and Charlie Trumbull’s.
