Chandler Fashion Center is ushering in an exciting new era for this premier shopping and lifestyle destination. The center’s leasing momentum continues to build with the introduction of highly anticipated retailers, reflecting the center’s ongoing dedication to innovation and creating an exceptional experience for the community.

Recently, four new retailers and one restaurant have successfully opened their doors:

  • TravisMathew: A premium lifestyle brand offering apparel for work and play with a modern aesthetic and innovative designs can be found on the lower level of the Scheels wing.
  • Valliani Jewelers: A trusted name in fine jewelry, featuring timeless pieces for every occasion, has opened its doors on the upper level near Lush. 
  • Earthbound Trading Co.: Unique store specializing in bohemian-inspired home décor, clothing, and accessories; located on the upper level in the Scheels wing. 
  • Round1: A family-friendly entertainment complex featuring bowling, arcade games, karaoke, and more can be found on the lower level of the former Sears space. 
  • The Mexicano: Located outside the center in the Boulevard Shops, The Mexicano just recently opened their doors on April 2, 2025. The much-anticipated restaurant created by renowned Chef Joey is a vibrant dining destination that celebrates authentic Mexican flavors with a modern twist. 

Looking ahead, several exciting new retailers have planned to debut in 2025 including:

  • Vuori: A brand celebrated for its performance apparel that combines comfort and style.
  • gorjana: From Laguna Beach, CA, gorjana offers jewelry for every occasion.
  • JD Sports: A global leader in sports fashion and athletic footwear.
  • James Avery:  For over 70 years, James Avery has designed and crafted jewelry in Texas, creating pieces with lasting value and meaning. Following their successful department store presence, James Avery will open their first two stores in Arizona this summer.
  • Seafood City: Seafood City is a Filipino-focused grocery store chain offering a wide variety of fresh seafood, meat, produce, and specialty Filipino products. 
  • Chewy Vet Care: Located outside the heart of the main center in the Boulevard Shops, Chewy Vet Care is a warm, modern veterinary practice that offers high-quality care that pets and pet parents love. The practice will offer a full range of services, from routine check-ups to urgent care and surgery, complemented by 24/7 virtual health guidance and mobile access to an online pet portal. 

Victoria’s Secret will be getting an impressive remodel at its current location. To ensure uninterrupted service, they will continue to operate in a space on the lower level next to Scheels. Additionally, Pandora will relocate to a newly designed and upgraded space in the lower level Scheels wing that will open in May 2025. They are still operating in their current location, upper level across from H&M. 

In addition to the new brands moving in, current retailers such as Shoe Palace, H&M, Kay Jewelry, Abercrombie & Fitch, Helzberg Diamonds and Wildflower | Eat Sip Enjoy, have made significant investments in expanding and/or renovating their existing locations, demonstrating their continued commitment to Chandler Fashion Center.
