Talking Stick Resort announced its entertainment acts for 2017 earlier this week. The schedule is chock-full of world-renowned musicians and a hilarious Emmy award-winning comedian.

Kenny Wayne Shepard: Saturday, Feb. 4; 8 p.m.

The Louisiana born blues guitarist and songwriter sold millions of albums while charting several singles to the Top 10. Shepard’s 20-year recording career began when he signed his first record deal at 16 and has been an influential force in reviving the blues era ever since. Fans will be on their feet when he plays some of his top hits like, “Blue on Black,” “DejaVoodoo” and “Never Lookin’ Back.” Tickets start at $40.

Gino Vannelli: Friday, Feb. 10; 8 p.m.

Singer and songwriter Gino Vannelli will light up the Showroom this February when he plays his hit singles “I Just Wanna Stop” and “Living Inside Myself.” The contemporary musician was the first white musician to appear on “Soul Train” in 1975. Vannelli was born in Canada and launched his first album “Crazy Life” in 1973. He has since debuted 18 more albums with his latest “Live in LA” that came out in 2015. Tickets start at $35.

Arsenio Hall: Friday, Feb. 17; 8 p.m.

Comedian Arsenio Hall will have fans laughing hysterically watching his stand-up show at the Showroom.  Best known for his Emmy award winning late night talk show, “The Arsenio Hall Show,” he also appeared as several different characters in the smash hit “Coming to America” in 1987.  In 2012, Hall was the Season 5 winner of NBC’s reality show, “Celebrity Apprentice.” Tickets start at $40.

Johnny Rivers: Sat., Feb. 18; 8 p.m.

The ‘secret agent man,’ Johnny Rivers, will perform live at the Showroom and illuminate the crowd with his classic hits. The rock ‘n’ roll icon’s career has spanned five decades but is best known for his singles in the 60s and 70s like “Memphis,” “Midnight Special” and “Baby I Need Your Lovin’.” Rivers biggest cult favorite is “Secret Agent Man” and has been featured in numerous blockbuster films like “Bowfinger” and “Austin Powers.” Rivers has won two Grammy’s and sold over 30 million records. Tickets start at $50.
