The applicant has officially submitted a site plan for a proposed 23,024 square-foot store to be located in the Four Peaks Plaza Shopping Center. This marks a significant step forward in the town’s ongoing efforts to attract high-quality retail and grocery options for residents.

“The Fountain Hills residents have been asking for a specialty grocery store since I started with the Town over three years ago,” said Amanda Jacobs, economic development director for Fountain Hills. “Attracting Sprouts Farmers Market would not have been possible without the vision of the property owner, Sandor, and the Fountain Hills Town Council approving zoning changes in January 2024.”

This development reflects the Town’s commitment to enhancing the local shopping experience, supporting economic growth, and providing residents with greater access to healthy and sustainable food choices.

Sprouts Farmers Market is recognized nationally for offering affordable natural and organic foods, including fresh produce, bulk foods, vitamins and supplements, packaged groceries, meat and seafood, deli items, dairy products, bakery goods, and more.

Pending final approvals, construction is anticipated to begin by the end of this year or early 2026. For more information about happenings in Fountain Hills, visit experiencefountainhills.org.
