Evergreen Devco, Inc., a leading retail and multifamily development company, announced today that they have negotiated a lease agreement with global fitness company, F45 Training, at the firm’s The Point at Eastmark development, located at 10706 East Point Twenty-Two Boulevard in Mesa. Actor Mark Wahlberg is an investor and proponent of F45 Training.

The Australian fitness company that combines interval, cardiovascular and strength training in 45-minute workouts will lease 2,403 square feet situated within the 181,289-square-foot Safeway-anchored neighborhood shopping center. F45 Training has five valley area locations with 12 additional locations opening soon. 

“Evergreen Devco is excited to bring the global, high intensity fitness establishment of F45 Training to the residents of Eastmark,” said Heather Wiseman, Director of Leasing for Evergreen. “F45 plans to open in March and will be a great addition to the dynamic assortment of shops, restaurants and amenities.”

Cameron Warren and Teale Bloom of Phoenix Commercial Advisors represented Evergreen in the transaction. Kimberly A. Rollins of Commercial Properties, Inc., represented the buyer.

The Point is the first major neighborhood shopping center in Eastmark, consisting of assorted shops and retail pads that include restaurants and services. The 3,200-acre master-planned community spanning five square miles near Ellsworth and Elliot roads in Mesa, ranked No. 5 on the national list of the 50 top-selling master-planned communities, putting it first among Arizona communities.
