Besh-Ba-Gowah

Today, the partially restored pueblo is known as Besh Ba Gowah. Visitors can take a self-guided tour of the outdoor pueblo exhibits, learning about ancient Salado life, view artifacts such as pottery and stone tools in the adjacent museum and stroll through the park showcasing native plants used by ancient peoples of the Southwest. The park has picnic areas and the museum gift shop offers a wonderful assortment of specialty and Native American crafted items.
