The menu will feature thoughtfully curated dishes, using ultra-fresh seafood, premium meats and locally sourced, seasonal produce. Heritage focuses on creating bold, inviting dishes. Each dish is infused with vibrant spices and ingredients inspired by the coastal kitchens of Southern Italy and Spain.

One standout recipe is Brugman’s Piatta, a dough recipe that has been perfected over 14 years and adapted specifically for Heritage Kitchen + Cocktail’s eight-foot-long hearth. The bread is a labor of love, made using artisanal flour from Italy and 3 days of care to reach optimal fermentation.

Familiar comfort foods are elevated for a globally inspired dining experience that excites the palate. Highlights include:

  • Small plates for sharing: Aged beef tartare, oysters grilled or freshly shucked, mezze platter, and Spanish octopus.
  • Seasonal farmers market dishes: Heirloom tomato with burrata, Duncan Farms melons with crushed pistachio and melon vinaigrette, and roasted cauliflower with brown butter and Sardinian vinaigrette.
  • Artisan pizza and pasta: Lobster “fideo” paella with saffron, garlic and lemon; Dungeness crab tortelloni; and wood-fired pizzas such as sausage and fennel with Calabrian chili honey and a rotating seasonal market pizza.
  • Heritage cuts: Linz Heritage cowboy ribeye, Barolo-braised short rib, whole market fish and Two Wash Ranch half chicken.
  • Desserts: Decadent selections such as banana and Nutella tart, passion fruit curd with coconut sorbet and almond dacquoise, and classic tiramisu.
  • Kids menu: Elevated but approachable options including chicken parmesan with rigatoni, macaroni and cheese with seasonal vegetables, and grilled chicken breast with mashed potatoes.

“Our menu is designed to bring people together through food that feels familiar yet exciting,” said Executive Chef Brugman. “The cocktail program builds on that same philosophy, giving our guests a complete dining experience that’s both approachable and unforgettable.”

To complement the food, Heritage partnered with Mitch Lyons and Libby Lingua of the acclaimed Highball and Two Hands Phoenix to create a cocktail program that reflects the same precision and creativity found in the kitchen. Designed to complement the globally inspired menu at Heritage Kitchen + Cocktails, the bar program features twelve signature cocktails, each carefully crafted to balance flavor, technique, and seasonal ingredients. The selections range from bright and refreshing to bold and complex, offering guests a spectrum of experiences that reflect both precision and artistry. A standout element is the interactive “Choose Your Own Adventure” option, allowing guests to select their preferred base spirit in certain cocktails, alongside opportunities for bespoke creations.

“In creating this program, we wanted to design cocktails that were not only perfectly drinkable but also thoughtfully aligned with the menu,” said Lingua, co-founder of Highball and Two Hands Phoenix. “Each drink is meant to complement the food, enhance the experience, and spark the kind of conversations and connections that are at the heart of Heritage.”

Located at 10121 E. Bell Road, Unit 150, Heritage Kitchen + Cocktails will feature warm wood tones, sleek accents, a striking wine display, and an expansive indoor-outdoor bar with over 1,500 square feet of patio dining.
